My dream of being a PE teacher dragged me out from academic bottom. Even though I ultimately did not end up coaching children or teenagers in my main stream, my hope of nurturing next generation athletes still runs deeply in my blood. So thankful to have been invited by Hong Kong Triathlon Association to coach strength and conditioning for the triathlon regional squad during this Christmas holiday. Absolutely amazed by their learning capabilities. Let’s continue to both have fun and improve in the days to come. Merry Christmas!
